On Saturday September 30th, from 12-3 pm, kids who tune into Nickelodeon will not see any of their regularly scheduled programming.  Instead they will see only a logo for the 3rd annual Worldwide Day of Play, a campaign encouraging kids to play outside.  To date, more than 860 events are planned nationwide, providing kids with opportunities for physical activity in the great outdoors. 

When broadcast resumes at Nickelodeon, kids will see the culmination of the "Let’s Just Play Go Healthy Challenge," which has followed 4 real-life kids since April as they encouraged their communities to go healthy.
