The Boston Public Health Commission's Start Strong Initiative recently unveiled a tool to rate healthy- or unhealthy- songs. The new tool, Sound Relationships Nutritional Label, patterned after common food nutritional labels, invites consumers to become song lyric nutritionists by helping them identify relationship ingredients that make up a song.
Using this tool, teens involved in the development of the nutrition label, created their own "Top 10" lists of songs with unhealthy and healthy relationship themes.
