Did you know? 

A Kaiser Family Foundation study found that Latino children consume up to 4 1/2 hours more of media daily than other children. The following resources, in Spanish, highlight child health and media use and are especially useful to parents, educators, and researchers.

Un estudio de la Fundación Kaiser revela que los niños latinos usan los medios de comunicación hasta 4 horas y media más que niños de otras razas.   • Los Niños y los Medios de Comunicación is a website from the New York Online Access to Health that contains links to articles on topics such as internet safety for children, violence on TV, and child health and television.
  • Los Niños y los Medios is a resource for parents from PBS Kids that contains articles related to children and their use of computers, the internet, television, movies, advertisements, and video games.

  • Los Niños y la Televisión is from the National Agricultural Safety Database from the University of California about establishing limits for television use.
